Refund Policy

At Botero’s Craft, we take pride in the quality of our handmade candles. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

1. Returns
   We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds
   Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items
   Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used candles or items not in their original condition.

4. Defective Products
   If you receive a defective candle, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or offer a full refund.

5. Exchanges
   We only replace items if they are defective (missing part as per the design). If you need to exchange a product, please contact us 

6. Return Shipping
   You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
