All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. -
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping through Canada Post for all orders within Canada. -
Delivery Times

We ship all orders through Canada Post for domestic and international deliveries. Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather, or customs delays. -
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that once a package is with the carrier, shipping delays are beyond our control. -
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier’s website. -
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address if it was provided incorrectly at checkout.
